Wish I’d gotten hold of Warren Buffett before he made that multi-billion dollar grant to the Gates Foundation.  I’m sure I could’ve convinced him that buying me a new LG 71PY10 plasma screen TV is a worthy cause. 

What could be more worthy than a 71-inch high definition screen?  World’s first, and world’s largest, according to LG.  (It beats the upcoming Sony rear projection by 1 inch).  You won’t be surprised to hear that it’s a full 1080p with HDMI, DVI, component, composite and RGB inputs.  You also won’t be surprised to hear that it’s not cheap - around $60,000.

Next time, Warren, please consult with me before you write out another check to Bill G. with all those zeros in it.
