This one was designed for photographers but looks like a great idea for anyone travelling with expensive high-tech gadgets. 

This ThinkTank Airport Security carry-on was designed to be as large as possible and still fit in the narrowest airline overhead compartments.  Although it looks like a typical carry-on it’s filled with impact-absorbing pads and dividers that allow you to create safe spaces for laptops, cameras, iPods, whatever.  The dividers also let you keep your electronic gear somewhat separate from your smelly sneakers.

And the best part:  This bag can be secured with a Kensington-style cable lock like the ones used to keep laptops from being stolen off a desk.  Road warriors who want an extra margin of security for their gear (and for the work stored on that gear) might be happy to pay $359 for this one.
