More Music = Fewer Cavities: Hasbro Tooth Tunes
Published by John October 28th, 2006 in Home Gadgets

When the folks at Hasbro urge you to “rock your teeth clean”, they’re not kidding. Hasbro’s Tooth Tunes toothbrushes have microchips that contain two minutes of music - different brushes come with tunes ranging from the Beach Boys to KISS to Black Eyed Peas and even The Village People. (2 minutes happens to be the amount of time dentists think kids should spend brushing their teeth.)
The music doesn’t come from a speaker - it is vibrated through the bristles, so you hear the music from inside your head. Push the brush harder against your teeth and the music gets louder.
Runs on 3 AAA batteries (included). About $10. (I’m told 9 out of 10 dentists recommend Kelly Clarkson.)
